Newly renovated home in established, quiet Peoria neighborhood. Large indoor and outdoor gathering areas. Updated pool and patio, with patio furniture, pool towels, and grill. Comfortable, elegant, and simply relaxing.

We have an electric heat pump for the pool, with the temp set at 85 degrees. In the winter months, it does take time to warm up during the day and does not always hit 85 if the nights have been really cold.
Four full bedrooms (King, Queen, Double) - the fourth is a daybed that offers two twin beds.
Two full baths, linens, and full laundry room.
Modern kitchen with large island and dining area. Great for gathering and relaxing with family or friends. New Keurig double coffee maker with option for single cups or brewing a pot. Kids dishes, high chair, and playpen.

Summary: We came from Long Beach and the other couple came from Georgia. Purpose of the trip was to celebrate brother that lives in Peorias 80 th birthday.We found everything clean, nicely decorated, fully appointed. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Summary: The house is beautiful, the pics don’t do it justice. Great location too. My only complaint which is small, is buy your own TP . The one at the house it terrible lol other then that I will absolutely book here again.

Summary: This house has everything you need and is as described. The only minor thing that I would have loved to have is a full length mirror somewhere. The beds are very comfortable! Pool temp was perfect!
